Payment Policy
You may pay using a number of different ways, all of which are available through
our online checkout system. The preferred method is PayPal which guarantees the
speediest of service and utmost security when shopping.

PayPal
PayPal is a secure payment gateway/processor that accepts payments on behalf of
Simply FTA. They operate military strength encryption techniques and technologies
to keep your information private and secure. You may pay using all major credit
cards (incl. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). They also
accept eChecks and Direct Debit (New) when you open an account with them. They
send us instant payment notifications, assuring you that your order will be
processed as soon as possible.

Money Order
You may also choose to send us a money order. Using our online checkout system,
you must complete your order, selecting Money Order as your preferred method of
payment. You must then print the form provided at the end of the process and enclose
a Money Order (following the directions on the form). Upon receipt of your payment,
your order will be updated and shipped as soon as it clears.

Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and are automatically presented when
viewing your shopping cart. You must choose a location to preview shipping rates. This
means that the more you order, the more you save on shipping!
All orders are shipped as soon as they are processed and payment has cleared. We
ship with Canada Post and FedEx (depending on the size and cost of the item). All
orders will include a tracking number if applicable. Certain items may not qualify
for a tracking number as they will be shipped AirMail (small low cost items).
Orders are usually shipped within three days of order. We ship with Canada
Post only twice a week, Tuesday and Friday. Ordering on these days may not guarantee
that they will be shipped same day, but rather the following shipping day. FedEx is
shipped daily.
Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to Mexican addresses.
Puerto Rican addresses will be shipped with Canada Post.

Defective Item Exchange Policy
We understand that defective items are not your fault and so we will always do our best
to rectify the issue. Please email us with your problem and contact information
to allow us to properly evaluate the situation. If your item is found to be
possibly defective, we will request for the item to be sent to us for evaluation.
All shipping charges will be absorbed by Simply FTA if the item is found to be
defective. Should the item be in working order and not defective, all return
shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer and no shipping
charges will be reimbursed.
Most items carry a 1 year manufacturer's guarantee. Depending
on the item, we may be able to replace your item free of charge if it is deemed
to be defective. Certain items must be returned to the manufacturer as required
by those companies.
Absolutely no modification to the item can occur. This includes but is not limited to
modification of firmware, hardware, software or improper installation. Items
that are modified will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the customer's
expense. Shipping to us will not be reimbursed.
If your item is past the warranty date or is found to have been modified, we may
be able to repair it. Repair charges and shipping charges will be absorbed by
the customer.
